Location: Ladera Ranch, CA

Pay: $15 – $19 per hour + monthly bonuses. Hourly pay is based on experience.

Job Description

We are a fun, fast-paced, sales driven Call Center. Sales agents receive inbound calls from potential customers and assess their needs for self storage. The Inbound Sales Agent assists customers by resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining customer accounts.

Job Duties:

  • Follows sales and customer service scripts according to the type of call.
  • Sells prospective customers who are looking to rent a storage unit.
  • Overcomes customer objections.
  • Assists current customers by answering questions, taking phone payments, resolving concerns and maintaining account information.
  • Follows up on sales leads.
  • Meets personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Builds relationships (both internal and external).
  • Demonstrates good customer-centric problem solving abilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in phone sales is a must.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high commitment to customer service.
  • Must be sales driven and able to meet goals and quotas.
  • Strong verbal phone communication skills along with the ability to listen to and empathize with customer concerns.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Above average computer skills using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Stable work history and excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in policies and procedures.
  • Must possess a high school degree or GED.
