  • University enrollment of at least 15,000 students
  • Purpose-built and pedestrian-to-campus (<.5 miles)
  • Newer Construction
  • Class “A” institutional quality, Amenities Rich
  • Tier One University and US News and World Report top 150 schools
  • Division I FBS, Football Program
  • Deal size: $15M – $100M (individual or portfolio)

Senior Housing

TARGET MARKET COMPOSITION

  • Class “A” institutional quality, independent living, assisted living and memory care acuity mixes; and CCRC’s
  • NIC Map® Top 140 Primary and Secondary Markets
  • High barrier to entry markets and/or limited competition
  • Strong employment base and surrounding residential markets
  • Close proximity to major medical, retail and higher educational services
  • Deal size: $15M – $75M (individual or portfolio)
