SmartStop Asset Management, LLC owns properties in 17 states and Toronto, Canada and is rapidly expanding our presence across North America. We are a diversified real estate investment company with a managed portfolio that currently includes approximately 7.9 million rentable square feet. SmartStop Asset Management provides a range of services to the capital markets including acquisitions, asset and property management, leasing, development and disposition.

Senior Housing

  • Class “A” institutional quality, independent living, assisted living and memory care acuity mixes; and CCRC’s
  • NIC Map® Top 140 Primary and Secondary Markets
  • High barrier to entry markets and/or limited competition
  • Strong employment base and surrounding residential markets
  • Close proximity to major medical, retail and higher educational services
  • Deal size: $15M – $75M (individual or portfolio)
